On the other side of Nachamani Street close to Yehuda Halevi Street in Tel Aviv, renovations have begun on the building that used to house the Lodezia factory. The red brick building has been standing vacant for many years. Now another developer bitten with the preservation bug has begun preservation work on this building as well.
