Every purchaser in a real estate transaction is obligated to pay purchase tax. The tax is paid within 50 days of the signing of the contract.
As of May 5th there was a change in the purchase tax levels. The purchase tax for first apartments rose while the purchase tax for additional appartments was reduced.
