It is well known that there is a shortage of hotel rooms in Tel Aviv. Most of the hotels are built along the beach. However, there is a dire lack of hotel rooms in the center of town away from the beach area. Several developers have taken up the call for more hotels. These are two examples of historical buildings on Nachamani Street in Tel Aviv that are currently undergoing renovation and preservation. When they next open their doors they will be very high class boutique hotels.
