Yaron Dayan LLB, LLM
Yaron is an experienced lawyer, specializing since 1997 in the legal aspects of municipal taxes including property tax (arnona), and other local taxes and levies. He is the author of “Local Municipal Taxes and General Municipal Tax Policies” which has been referred to by the Israeli High Court of Justice as an expert text. His clients include both individuals and companies with real estate portfolios.
Amira Solow LLB
Amira graduated from Bar Ilan University with a law degree in 2003. Since qualifying to practice law she has acquired a wide range of experience in real estate law, including negotiating and drafting contracts and is expert in navigating the red tape involved in buying or selling property in Israel. Amira is fully bilingual in Hebrew and English.
Sharona Catane LLB
Sharona Catane has been a member of the Israeli bar since 2006, mainly specializing in real-estate law since then. She previously received a BA degree from Bar Ilan University, and an LLB from the Ono Academic Academy.
Sharona made Aliya from the US over 20 years ago and her experience from abroad, combined with her extensive experience in Israel (including working as a real-estate agent), gives her a broad view of the intricacies of the Israeli property market from both a local and international perspective.
Aviva Shilon BA
Aviva was awarded a BA in Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is the administration manager at our Mod’iin offices. She comes to us with wide-ranging experience in administration, including dealing with both clients and suppliers. Her skills include translating and she is fully bilingual in both Hebrew and English.
Yonit Sabas
Yonit is the administration manager at our Beit Shemesh offices. She provides secretarial and administrative assistance to our team of lawyers and assists our clients at all stages of the real estate transaction. Yonit speaks both Hebrew and English fluently.
