Always consult an attorney before signing a lease agreement. Real estate agents are not allowed to prepare legal documents and the lease agreement is a legal document. Is should set out the lease period, the option to renew, the rent, who's responsible to fix what, insurance, securities given by the tenant, which additional payments the tenants are resposible for etc.
