Legal Vocabulary
Although the contracts with construction companies are standard for the whole project you can negotiate changes in the legal aspects of the project and the physical aspects of what the apartment will include.
Tip of the Month
“Mifrat Techni” these are the specifications of the apartment. They set out what materials the apartment is built from, how many electric sockets, light sockets in each room etc. Some of these items can be upgraded, but usually at an extra cost to the purchaser.
